Welcome to the Adopt London Procedures Manual, which is produced and maintained in partnership with tri.x.

Adopt London is a partnership of 4 Regional Adoption Agencies, Adopt London North, Adopt London South, Adopt London East & Adopt London West.

Together we deliver Adoption services to the London boroughs of; Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Hackney, Haringey, Islington, Croydon, Greenwich, Kingston & Richmond, Lambeth, Lewisham, Merton, Southwark, Sutton, Wandsworth, Barking & Dagenham, Havering, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow.

This manual outlines the policies and practice guidance in relation to the work undertaken by Adopt London, sometimes in partnership with Social Care teams and other professionals within the partner Local Authorities. It does not replace the partner Local Authorities procedures manual but should be read alongside these.
